Just to update everyone we have learned from the Mexico postal system of some US Customs delays. They are only allowing Mexico to import 2 shipping containers per day. Those same two are also only allowed in. I have learned this to be true as my personal christmas gifts sent from Missouri in late November only just made it to Acapulco in mid January. We have a special agreement with Mexico city now that all of our companies tracking numbers will be handled priority. That means that after we ship we report the tracking numbers to Mexico city and they push those through in the first two daily containers inbound to The US. I know of some customers who had to wait as much as 2 months for the US to clear some parcels. We are very sorry for the delays, but have no control over US Customs. Please keep this in mind when ordering from outside the US as all international parcels from every countries respected national postal systems are under the same rules. It is not just Mexico being singled out. Mexico city tells us the packages are stacked so high in the postal office that they take up all spare room and are now even in the bathrooms! This is terrible what the US Customs is now doing. But even worse is they do not tell anyone and let the vendor take the fall.
