Every time I look there seems to be new pharmacies offering products that may or may not be safe or even effective. As an Administrator I am constantly removing junk and spam from places such as Africa which seems there only goal is your money with nothing in return. As most Americans may ask, how can I find a pharmacy I can trust. The answer may be easier than you think. Call them. If they speak English ( and I don’t mean telemarketer Indian accent English) then chances are they are American living abroad. As you may know I am an American living abroad who partnered with a Mexican to open this Pharmacy as the need is always there. From time to time I go to the call center and answer calls myself. I take pride in customer service and feel every call is important.
I have noticed that a lot of people who visit our Mexican pharmacy are buying from Canada, Europe, and other socialized medicine countries. I find it strange that as an American we are moving toward this socialized medicine as the promise is it will lower costs and wait times. We have to look no further than Canada to see it is not as promised. With the wait times longer and rationing of care I fear the same will happen to us Americans. Medicines from Mexico do vary a bit by name or even size and color, but you will find they are made by the same brand name manufacturers as in the states. As a pharmacy owner I see how hard it is to get new medicines approved by the medical board and it is impossible to get unapproved generics from India or other sources for legal sale in Mexico. If you find prices too good to be true they are probably from India, China, or Eastern Europe. Some may be ok, but why take the chance with your health.
